    • Cloud Hosting
    • Domain Registration & Renewal
    • VPS / Dedicated Servers
    • Add-on Services

3. User Responsibility

  • Any misunderstanding or lack of knowledge about the service does not qualify for a refund.

4. Service Issues

  • In case of technical issues, we will make every effort to resolve the problem.
  • However, service issues do not qualify for refunds.

5. Account Termination

  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason may result in permanent account suspension.
